SAN ANTONIO, GERONA [TP11622-VERY LATE REPORTED CASE] – 9, male, child. The patient has a history of exposure to a confirmed COVID positive and is asymptomatic. Swabbed on May 8 and the positive results came out on the same day. The patient has RECOVERED.

SAN ANTONIO, GERONA [TP11623-VERY LATE REPORTED CASE] – 13, male, minor. The patient has a history of exposure to a confirmed COVID positive and developed mild COVID symptoms. Swabbed on May 8 and the positive results came out on the same day. The patient has RECOVERED.

SAN ANTONIO, GERONA [TP11650] – 63, male, married. The patient has an unknown history of exposure to a confirmed COVID positive and has comorbidities and developed mild COVID symptoms. The patient was admitted and swabbed on June 4 with the positive results coming out on the same day. The patient is still confined.

SINGAT, GERONA [TP11629] – 18, female, single. The patient has a history of exposure to a confirmed COVID positive and is asymptomatic. Swabbed on June 1 and the positive results came out on June 4. The patient is under quarantine.
